Medical Care
Physician offices are conveniently located beside us providing medical services to our residents. The LaSalle General Hospital emergency room is under our roof, staffed with a doctor 24 hours a day.
Around the clock nursing care is provided in a warm, nurturing environment. RN’s are on duty each day with LPN’s working around the clock. Our CNA’s are trained and regularly in-serviced to assist in caring for our residents.
Rehabilitation Services
The rehabilitation staff at LaSalle Nursing Home has over 100 years of combined experience in geriatric rehabilitation. We provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy.
LaSalle Nursing Home promotes physical well-being and emotional health of seniors who have undergone surgery or been hospitalized, received a joint replacement or injury. We combine state-of-the-art rehabilitation techniques in a warm environment and the attention of our rehabilitation directors, who are ready to provide each resident with personalized care and service.

Specialty Care Unit
The Specialty Care Unit at LaSalle Nursing Home is designed to meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. It is a secure unit with a specialty trained staff to provide residents with a stimulating and appropriate environment.
LaSalle Nursing Home Specialty Care Unit focuses on compassionate, expert care in a safe and familiar yet encouraging environment. Our staff is trained to value each resident as an individual, and to recognize their different preferences and needs.
In-House Beauty Shop
The beauty shop at LaSalle Nursing home offers a variety of cosmetic and professional hair cutting and styling services. The beauty shop also provides manicures. The shop services both men and ladies residing at LaSalle nursing home. Many find it a pleasant place to hang out and socialize. LaSalle Nursing home has a licensed cosmetologist on staff.
Daily Resident Activities
LaSalle Nursing Home resident enjoy a full range of daily activities. These include church services and bible study, morning exercises, resident garden, bingo and board games, craft activities, and the monthly pancake breakfast.
Several times per month the residents are all invited to attend live singing performances.
