Welcome to LaSalle Nursing Home. We are a 133-bed facility located behind LaSalle General Hospital in the heart of LaSalle Parish.
Our grounds feature sidewalks, benches, and covered porches, along with a courtyard filled with flowers and birdhouses.
Inside, we have two dining rooms, an activity room, in-house beauty shop, and one of the largest rehabilitation gyms in the state.
